Definitions/beliefs/the meaning of some words etc:

Cessationist:someone who believes that miracles don't occur.

Progressive creationism:i am just gonna use the wikipedia definition:Progressive creationism is the religious belief that God created new forms of life gradually over a period of hundreds of millions of years. As a form of old earth creationism, it accepts mainstream geological and cosmological estimates for the age of the earth, some tenets of biology such as micro evolution as well as archaeology to make its case.  

Young earth creationism:young earth creationists say that the earth is around 6000 years old or a bit older,but they say that it is for sure younger then billions of years old.

Old earth creationism:old earth creationists (like me) usually go with what the scientists tell us.

Scientists tell us the earth is around 4.6 billions years old.

Oxymoron:when you turn something possible into impossible,example:turning honey into venom.

The doctrine of divine simplicity:the doctrine of divine simplicity states that God isn't composed of any parts

Theism:the belief that there is at least one God,or that there is one God that sustains the universe and takes contact with humanity somehow

Deism:the belief that God basically created the universe but he doesn't really care about the universe or about the life in it,and the belief that he doesn't take any contact with humanity/the life in the universe.

Monotheism:the belief that there's only one God

Polytheism:the belief that there is more than one God.

Atheism:the belief that there is no such thing as a God or the lack of belief in God.
